Whats a good way to deal with pain during my ingrown toe nail surgery?

Did deal so well last time hahaWhats a good way to deal with pain during my ingrown toe nail surgery?
They should numb it pretty well. But what I did was to stay off your feet for a few days, soak the foot, and take plenty of pain meds. Other than that, you just have to tough it out.Whats a good way to deal with pain during my ingrown toe nail surgery?
ha ha a asume you are getting one taken out, not put in lol. Having something hard like and apple to bite on usually helps. It also tastse nice. Or bring a mobile phone or something to watch funny videos or something on it. Always works for me during something that hurts.
a 40 ounce bottle of rum and a couple of bongs
i had the simple surgery done on my left big toe. the doc cut down both sides of my nail to remove the ingrown parts. simple huh? ... its still about 3 times the size of a normal toe but its no longer black or green its like a yellow and red sorta deal. ... Good luck to you and let us know what you decide to do.
Just do not think about it and soak it in hot water after the surgery!!!!!!!!!!
You should not feel any pain whatsoever during the procedure. If the podiatrist is competent, the local anesthesia (a nerve block -- injection of lidocaine into the two sides of the toe) will prevent any pain. You will feel the pressure of the doctor cutting the nail, but absolutely no pain will be felt during the procedure if the nerve block is done properly.

If you are feeling any pain during the procedure then let the podiatrist know.
