Sorry but there are no quick fixes for ingrown toe nails.
soak it in epson salt and then trying to trim it out
I have fixed many of them by simply prying out the corner of the nail and then placing a tiny ball of rolled up toilet paper under the corner of the nail. It's usually well by the next day or so. I hope this will help.
Get a pedicure. Make sure that it's done in a place where all the equipment is properly sterilized.

FIrst, take some hot, but not scalding water, put it in a pot big enough for your foot to fit in, put in some epsom salts, and soak it. Do this a few times a day, and also push on it. It may hurt, but it needs to be done. I get them all the time, and this works for me.
