Do I need to see a doctor if I have blood underneath my big toe nail?

I stubbed my toe a couple months ago, after doing a cartwheel in high heeled shoes (really dumb, I know). It hurt for a long time, and since has stopped hurting, however, my whole toenail is blue-ish and the blood still hasn't gone down. It takes up almost the entire toe nail. Only if it is really bothering you. However, be prepared....Doc might want to remove the nail. The reason....because more than likely that nail is going to fall off anyway.
