How do you get rid of an ingrown toe nail without surgery?

I had an ingrown toe nail that bugged and hurt me for three months.





The only way is to let it grow past the skinline then once it has grown keep it longer and use a file on it and not clippers.





My nail is fine now. I think for so many years I was just clipping it way too short.How do you get rid of an ingrown toe nail without surgery?
