Yes i know it will take time and be painful but i need to avoid the operating table as the Doctor is unable to numb my toe and wants to put me under..Can i re train an in growing toe nail with cotton wool wedges?

the usual trick years ago was to cut a v out of the centre of the nail , that allowed the nail on both sides to move inwards and join up
