There is a black thing in my toe nail?

I dont know why there is this black little dot underneath my nail. Its inside and i cant get it out.


How do i get rid of it?





N what actually causes it?


Im wondering if its because of the new pumps i wore.


I always wear flip flops until recently i start to wear pumps.


The pumps is quite hurting to my feet as the front is quite small.


Is it because of my pumps?
