sorry to post this gross question but i have a toe nail that seems to be falling off (seems yellowish and ready to fall off), i can see a new healthy nail growing. I dont think i have athletes foot, so why would my nail fall off? I have been working a lot on my feet for the past month (8 hr shifts). is this normal? I also have 1 nail that is beginning to show the same signs *yellowish in color* what's wrong w my toes?Is it normal for my toe nail to slowly fall off?

It's normal if you damaged it, like smashed it were the nail turned black or bruised. But if it was just yellow because your on your feet you better check with a doctor, it sounds like a fungus.
