There is no pain walking or putting on shoes, only if I touch it, the top middle part of my big toe nail hurts. I did not hurt it in anyway and there's no change in color.Why does the top of my big toe nail hurt?

You could be developing an ingrown toenail. That definitely will cause it to hurt.
