I think it is from my training from a marathon but have never had this happen before. Is it an ingrown toenail? How do I treat it?I noticed I have blood under my toe nail and it hurts when I run on it?
It's not ingrown--the extra miles are wiggling your nail off the skin underneath, and some blood is collecting between the nail and the skin.
It's called a ';subungual hematoma'; and it doesn't require any specific treatment. It may cause the nail to eventually fall off (and a new one will grow behind it.)

That happened to me after a practice. I trimmed my toenail and the blood came out. Eventually it fell off..
I would see a foot doctor (podiatrist).
make sure you're toe box is well fitted for you and check your shoes u may need to buy new ones

This happened to me and my toenail eventually came off. Check and make sure your shoes are the right size. Mine were too small. You can go to the docter if it is really bothering you.
