Go to a foot doctor and have it fixed. The more you pick at it at home, the worse it will get! Seriously... you'll feel much better if you just get it done! It's a simple, short procedure that - due to local anesthesia - is completely painless.

i had this last month,


and its still not fully healed


cause i didn't get it checked out in time.


it got infected


so i went to a podiatrist


and he did a surgery with


a local anesthetic.


doesn't hurt.

You need to see a foot doctor...I cut my own out, but it's not something I recommend because they just grow back.
You could get surgery done. they just cut it out.
I would soak my foot that has the ingrown toe nail. For about 5 minutes, then take some toe nail clippers and gently clip it. When you get it out put proxcide on it to keep from getting an infection. Hope it helps. :)
Have a doctor cut it out or do it yourself.
